3. Account Responsibilities
- Institutions must ensure secure use of login credentials.
- Users are responsible for activities conducted under their credentials.
4. User Conduct
- Do not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the platform.
- Respect data privacy, and do not upload illegal or offensive content.
- Do not share credentials without proper authorization.
5. Payment and Subscription
- Pricing is based on student count and selected modules.
- All payments are final and governed by individual agreements.
- Late payments may lead to account suspension or data restriction.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform code, UI/UX, logos, and content belong to SAS Ventures. You may not reproduce or reuse platform materials without permission.
7. Data Rights
- Institutional data remains the property of the institution.
- SAS Ventures uses this data only to provide services and improvements.
- Data backups, security, and portability are handled as per agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
SAS Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We provide the platform "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties beyond those agreed upon in writing.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Institutions may cancel their subscription at any time with prior notice as per their service agreement.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of SchoolERP after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms. You will be notified of major changes.
11. Governing Law
